UKU Clay
9 - 28 Oct 2022, Hastings, Bay Of Plenty

Was very happy to be selected for the UKU Clay exhibition held in Hastings.  Was even happier when my piece found a new forever home.  I hope the new owner gets as much pleasure out of it as I did making it.  Making the cornucopia body of work was a rather significant creative experience for me, providing many breakthroughs and insights that combined with my years of sculptural experimentation.

2020-2022

Oh dear, where did 2020 - 2022 go?  I thought 2019 was a weird year, little could we have imagined.....
Anyway, I'll do a retro update on the News page soon - fill in all the gaps until the end of 2022.
Things did happen in the studio and exhibitions, but not as we envisioned.

2019

2019 was an unusual year.  Due to many events diverting my attention and energy, I only made four works.  But it was interesting, and in the end satisfying, to see the results from my inadvertently giving each piece enough time to develop and mature.
